What gives? Well, anywhere you go there are rules to abide and here at Team Hilary, it’s no different. Being that we’re a community of a wide range of [mostly] kids, we need to look out for everyone’s best interest. So, if you could just respect the following, you’d be helping us keep things running nice and smoothly.

1. Treat others the way you want to be treated, with RESPECT.

2. Keep it PG. No extensive swearing, no nudity, nothing inappropriate.

3. No bashing, spamming, no hateful/racist comments, no flame wars.

4. NO CHANGING YOUR USERNAME. NO MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.
- if you have problems with your login, email me.
- i have your ip address so if i see it more than once, all your accounts will be banned aka you're expelled.

5. One signature banner and/or text (a paragraph max).
- Keep your siggy size reasonable!
- If your siggy has huge graphics or a lot of little things in it, it will cause the forum to slow down.

6. When it comes to creating a thread:
- Don’t create a new thread with the same topic as another already made.
- Try to create your thread in its proper category. Look under categories for posts descriptions.
- Entitle your thread with a real subject name. (i.e. "Hilary Promos " not "OMG cute photos!"

Any violation of the rules will result in a warning, subsequently the following:

2rd offense – suspended for the rest of the week
3th offense – suspended for the rest of the month
4th offense – expelled
